What if I'm not "techie"?

No fear. This course will walk you through each step, and you will get help through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous support.

Do I receive individualized feedback/coaching?

As a participant in this program, you will have access to optional live sessions (via ZOOM) for Q&A, live practice, and feedback on your work. You are under no obligation to attend, but this opportunity is available for you to enhance your work and enjoy the full benefits of the program.

You may also schedule 55-minute "Accelerator Sessions" with Alison for an additional fee. 

I don't like being on camera. Do I HAVE to do videos?

Do you HAVE to? No. Do I recommend it? YES. This is the model I use and find that showing my face helps me build a better connection with my audience. Practicing in the mode in which you'll perform helps you integrate your skills.

That being said, you can supplement your practice with email, podcast or other methods, of course.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, simply reach out to us via email within 2 weeks of beginning the program and we will cancel your account. 

Due to the digital nature of this program, there are NO refunds or exchanges. You will have access to the material as long as you are a member in good standing (meaning you are actively paying your subscription). We do not offer forever access to subscription-based programs. However, you may pause your membership up to 2 months - call it a “life happens” discount.

What if I don't have time right now?

First, you can work through the content at your own pace and all live classes are recorded for later viewing if you can't attend at the scheduled time.

Second, and said with love - there is never enough time. Participants in the program are usually working professionals with lots of commitments. Each of them recognize that now is the time to get ahead of the online presentations game, knowing that this way of working is going to stick around for a while to come.
